Bach Remedies are a safe and natural method of healing discovered by Dr. Bach from 1920 – 1930's in England. They gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, hatred and indecision which interfere with the equilibrium of the self as a whole.
But first a quick blurb about Dr. Bach.  Dr. Bach studied medicine at the University College Hospital in London and obtained a Diploma in Public Health at Cambridge.  Despite his success, he became dissatisfied with the way doctors were expected to concentrate on diseases and to ignore the people who were suffering from disease.
He turned to alternative therapies. He believed that illness is the effect of disharmony between body and mind.   Dr. Bach's dreamed of doctors who would come to understand people as individuals and study human nature rather than test tubes and lab results. And he imagined patients taking charge of their own health by understanding and accepting the needs of their souls, rather than attending to the needs of the body alone.
